Dear valued Customer:as you know, we are quickly approaching the REACH preregistration deadline. REACH requires any substance produced or imported in the EU over 1 metric ton (average for past 3 years) to be preregistered.
In order for Mallinckrodt Baker to ensure compliance to this new requirement, we have taken a
position that we will pre-register any substance with over 0.7 metric tons either produced in the EU or imported into the EU.
This process will be completed by the November 30th deadline. We hereby inform you that all the products we supply you with will stay available after November 30th.
